Our company, DERAMAR IKE, considers it its duty to protect the personal data of visitors to its website. This policy explains what this website collects, why, for how long, and the rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is DERAMAR IKE, 48 Peiraios Ave., 18346 Moschato, Greece. You can reach us at info@deramar.com or on +30 210 807 0775.
What you share with us
When you fill in our contact form or request a rental on this website, you are asked to enter your name, e-mail address and contact details. We store the data you share with us in order to reply to your request:
- Contact form: your name, your e-mail address, your phone number (optional) and your message. When you write to us from a product page, we also note which product it was about.
- Rental request: the machine, your dates and the number of units, your name, your e-mail address, your phone number (optional), the marina or villa for delivery (optional) and anything else you choose to add.
With each request we also record the IP address it was sent from, to protect our forms against abuse. Fields marked optional can be left empty; the others are needed for us to answer you.
What your browser sends us
When you visit this website, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. This information is technically necessary to display the website to you and to keep it stable and secure:
- IP address
- Date and time of access
- Contents of the request (specific page)
- Access status / HTTP status code
- Amount of data transmitted
- Website from which the request originated
- Browser
- Operating system and its user interface
- Language and version of browser software
This website loads nothing from third parties: no audience measurement, no advertising, no social media plug-ins and no external fonts. Everything you see is served from our own server.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry or your rental request, and to take the steps you ask for before a possible contract: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- To run this website and keep it secure, including the technical data above and the IP address recorded with each request: our legitimate interest in a working and safe website, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We do not use your data for any other purpose.
How long we keep it
The information we collect will be held only for as long as necessary to fulfil your request or as long as required by law.
Who receives it
Personal data will not be revealed to any third party without your express consent, unless the law requires it. This website is hosted by a provider located in the European Union, which stores the data on our behalf and acts only on our instructions.
Cookies
This website sets two cookies, both strictly necessary for it to work. They are set by this website itself, carry no advertising or tracking identifier, and expire 120 minutes after the last page you open:
- deramar-session: keeps your visit together from one page to the next, for example to show you that your message has reached us, or which field of a form needs correcting. It cannot be read by scripts.
- XSRF-TOKEN: a security token that protects our forms, so that no other website can send a request in your name.
Because they are strictly necessary, these cookies do not require your consent, and this website shows no cookie banner. It sets no other cookie.
Your rights
Everybody has the right, by contacting us at info@deramar.com, to request information or exercise the rights deriving from Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, free of charge. You can ask us to:
- give you access to the personal data we hold about you (Article 15);
- correct it (Article 16) or erase it (Article 17);
- restrict its processing (Article 18);
- send it to you, or to someone else, in a portable format (Article 20);
- stop processing it on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 21).
You also have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing (Article 22).
You have the right to file a complaint about your privacy rights with the supervisory authority: the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα), 1-3 Kifisias Ave., 11523 Athens, www.dpa.gr.
